1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of food and grocery products, we accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product is expired.
- Packaging is tampered or leaking.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Proof (photo/video) of damage must be shared.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used food products.
- Products returned after 48 hours.
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
4. Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we may offer:
- Free replacement, or
- Full refund.
Replacement or refund depends on product availability and customer preference.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order, contact us immediately after placing it.
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
- In case of wrong or damaged product, return shipping will be covered by us.
